Instructions for Returns
Please call our Customer Service Department (469- 662-3912) for a Merchandise Return within seven days of receipt of your order. When returning merchandise, please repack the item carefully and return it within the prescribed time, which is seven days. Please keep the original packaging and any accessories to return with the cigar and do not return any smoked, cut, or altered cigars, as this may affect your refund.
Cancel Items or Orders
You can cancel items or orders within an hour of making the order, or if your order is made on a weekend you can cancel it anytime that weekend. To cancel items or orders, proceed to your order and select the order you want to cancel. After submitting the cancellation, we’ll send you a confirmation message to the email address on your account. You can also confirm that the order was canceled by visiting your orders.
Non-Tobacco Products: If you are not 100% satisfied with any non-tobacco product you purchased from Friend’s Cigars, you may return it in original condition within 7 days of receipt of the package for full credit or refund.
Cigars
If you are not completely satisfied with any cigars that you purchase from Friend’s Cigars, even after you have tried one (1) you may return them within 7 days for full credit or full refund. If you try more than one (1) cigar and you decide the cigar (s) are damaged and or defected and return them, you will receive credit or refund for the number of cigars returned, minus shipping costs. Returns are accepted only with the original Cellophane Wrapper intact and when applicable, pictures of damaged items before returns are highly encouraged.
Damaged Parcels and Merchandise
If your order is damaged during the shipping process please contact our Customer Service Department via email at (Customerservice@friendscigars.com) immediately to expedite a replacement. Shipping will be paid by us for the return of the damaged merchandise, as well as the replacement items. Please send pictures of damaged items before returning items, when applicable.
Free Promotional Items
All defective free/promotional items must be returned by the customer at customer cost. Replacement will be issued when it is received by Friend’s Cigars.
